I ended up using OpenProj to create this (though ProjectLibre would have probably worked the same). Unfortunately, OpenProj (or ProjectLibre) does not give you the option of save the Gantt charge as a .png so I was relegated to using a .pdf, which is attached to this post. I also attached the Network diagram view of the timeline.
